Maid for Each OtherJune 24, 2015
We’ve all been there: you’re asked to be a bridesmaid and the bride is like, You can totally wear the dress again, and you’re like, Amazing! And then said dress is something along the lines of a lime green number with puffy cap sleeves (true story ). That’s why we’ve created a bridesmaid collection with dresses that we think you’ll want to wear again. To truly test their wear-again potential thoughas well as their mix-and-match capabilitieswe asked three fashion bloggers to grab their girlfriends and some dresses, and have a little fun.#anthroregistry
The queen of bohemian-meets-downtown-cool, Alicia Lund of Cheetah is the New Black gathered her gals, outfitted them in dreamy-hued maxis, and hosted a tea (actually champagne) party on her in-laws’ woodsy property. We love howtrue to the boho spirit it included wildflower picking and the world’s most comfortable hammock.
When we think romantic, Julia Engel of Gal Meets Glam immediately comes to mindand rightly so. She treated her ladies to a sweet picnic, complete with roses in every shade of pink, and a balloon bouquet. After seeing her pals and their array of blush lace dresses complete the scene, we’re predicting lots of blush bridesmaids this year!
Rachel Martino of Rach Martino: what a bombshell, right? She’s got blonde locks, winged eyeliner, and red lips on lockdown, and the most contagious smile to bootso a night in New York fit this lady perfectly. Dressed to the nines in gem-toned maxis and their dancing shoes, she and her bests clinked glasses and had themselves some fun in the city.
