Smoothies don’t have to be all tropical isles and tiny umbrellas—turns out they’re a delicious, easy-to-make treat in any weather. This one combines tangy cranberries and blood orange to give it a hearty, wintry taste. Plus, it’s made with dates, making it just sweet enough, without added refined sugar. We’ll take two!

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

1/4 cup frozen cranberries
1 frozen banana
1 blood orange, peeled
2 medjool dates
3 large ice cubes
1/2 cup coconut or almond milk


HOW TO MAKE IT…

Blend until smooth and serve immediately in a glass.
