It’s 5-O’Clock Somewhere: The Violet Equinox

Weather alert: Our favorite little birdie tells us it’s spring! And after that winter, we believe this calls for a celebratory sip, don’t you think? Perfumed with violet liqueur and finished with a petal-perfect garnish, this refreshing cocktail is just what the season called for. Now, join us in raising a glass to the sunny skies, daisy-fresh breezes and bounty of blooms ahead.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
3 oz. vodka
1 oz. violet liqueur
Tonic water
Ice cubes
Edible pansies (for garnish)


HOW TO MAKE IT

Combine the vodka and violet liqueur with ice in a glass (we can’t get enough of our Inle Highball Glasses). Stir until chilled. Then, top with the tonic, garnish with the flowers and forget all about February.
