We’re always enthusiastic about autumn’s influx of pumpkin-centric sweets: quick breads, cakes and piesdoes it get any better? Why, yes, it does! This grown-up spin on the root beer float, featuring one of the season’s best treats (pumpkin beer!), an all-time fave (ice cream) and an unexpected kick (Snap, a spicy, gingersnap-inspired spirit) has us rethinking our go-to desserts. WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Vanilla Ice Cream
Pumpkin Beer
Snap
Cinnamon

HOW TO MAKE IT

Add two scoops of ice cream to each glass. Splash with Snap (about ½ oz or so) and sprinkle with cinnamon. Top off with your favorite pumpkin beer, pop in a straw and sip sweetly.
